Tracking data
Customers decide what to track and are responsible for having a lawful basis to track people. We process device location data on their behalf as a processor.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers for hosting, mobile connectivity and communications. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and customer data for the length of the contract plus any legal retention period.
