Step 1: Check the box
Make sure you have the device, any mounting parts or cables, and your welcome details. These include the device ID (IMEI) and your platform login.
Step 2: Activate
Your device is normally activated before dispatch. If you have been asked to activate it yourself, follow the instructions in your welcome email.
Step 3: Fit the device
Follow our installation guide for your device type. Hardwired units should be fitted by a qualified installer.
Step 4: Log in
Sign in to the web platform or mobile app with your account details, then confirm the device appears and is reporting a location.
Step 5: Name and organise
Give each device a clear name, such as a registration plate or asset number, and put devices into groups.
Step 6: Set your first alerts
Start with one or two alerts, such as a geofence around your depot or out-of-hours movement.
